Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the digital architecture of GDT Group Inc. ("GDT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our global web matrix, corporate portals, API interfaces, or utilizing any ecosystem services provided by our direct-to-consumer (DTC) portfolio, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a commercial enterprise, you warrant that you possess full constitutional proxy authority to bind such legal entity.
2. Scope of Commercial Services
GDT operates a multi-dimensional digital empowerment engine across the Asia-Pacific territory. Our provisioned parameters include, but are not limited to: enterprise-grade Shopify Plus Headless commerce engineering, full-funnel programmatic user acquisition pipelines, cross-border localized supply chain networks, and native localized brand incubation metrics. We reserve the absolute right to modify, patch, restrict, or terminate any service vector or platform access segment at our sole discretion without prior liability.
3. User Commitments and Corporate Accounts
To access certain strategic cloud dash panels, enterprise reporting modules, or checkout nodes, you may be required to register a validated corporate user account profile. You are entirely accountable for maintaining the strict cryptographic confidentiality of your access keys and API credentials.
You explicitly covenant that all provided information is accurate, updated, and lawful. Any unauthorized platform intrusion, data extraction, or third-party credential exploitation will result in instantaneous administrative suspension and legal escalation.
4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Assets
The entire visual, code, and functional architecture of this ecosystem—including source scripts, compiled frameworks, vector logos, database layouts, interface designs, text translations, and proprietary brand methodologies (under our direct brand portfolios including Fulico, Tokoyo, and Puri)—remains the exclusive property of GDT Group Inc. and is heavily protected under international intellectual property treaties.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When interacting with GDT's full-funnel engines, you strictly pledge not to commit:
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GDT’s integrated component layers and digital stacks are delivered plainly on an "as is" and "as available" structural basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any nature, whether written or implied, including but not limited to timeliness, absolute security fraud protection, operational uptime merchandisability, or fitness for an exclusive fiscal strategy. We do not warrant that workflow automations will remain uninterrupted in underdeveloped web topologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no statutory jurisdiction or legal blueprint shall gdt group inc., its directors, offshore subsidiaries, or technology partners be responsible to you or any external third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages—including loss of advertising revenue (roas deviations), database wipes, system collapse downtime, or intellectual property liquidations arising out of the inability to integrate the api networks, even if gdt was duly forewarned of such potentialities.
8. Governing Law and Arbitration
These global Terms of Service shall be governed, interpreted, and regulated exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of our primary legal incorporation perimeter, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any irreconcilable dispute, conflict, or claim arising directly or indirectly out of this contract shall be submitted to and finalized by binding confidential arbitration under the rules of the international arbitration chamber matching our corporate selection, whose final ruling shall be deemed absolute.
9. Contact and Escalations
If you have any questions, compliance alignment requests, or corporate legal inquiries regarding these constitutional Terms of Service blueprint directives, please immediately contact our legal desk at legal@gdtgroup.com.
